So, today is Easter! It's an incredibly happy day for me. I always love talking about the resurrection, and what that means for us all. But today...

Today my friend's husband died. Right before church started.

And the promise of a very real and permanent resurrection never seemed so important.

Yeah, I'm ok. It was like, one of the most spiritual church meetings ever.

And my friend is one tough cookie, that's for sure. She's one of those women who like, while in the viewing line at her husband's funeral was comforting the random people who felt bad because they didn't know what to say. And she would like, say exactly what they should have been saying to her, so all they could do was go, "Yeah... right back atcha," and try not to feel like utter losers. So I think she'll be fine. ^_^
